May painting exhibits

I'm happy to say I will have work with two great Maine galleries as they reopen for the season.

First, at Landing Gallery on Elm Street in Rockland: the "2012 Invitational" show includes ten of my recent paintings. The opening will be during Rockland's terrific First Friday art walk, on May 4, from 5-7 p.m., and the show will be up through mid-June.

Second, at Handworks Gallery in Blue Hill: "Island Memories" is the show and I will have three or four paintings included. The opening is Friday evening May 18th, from 5-7 p.m., and the show will be up through June 25th.

Hope to see some friends and family out and about!

Hi Pat (and George!) - would love to see you in Blue Hill if you can make it to the opening. I am still blogging from time to time at my other site (http://sarahsbooksusedrare.blogspot.com/). So, now I have two blogs to keep up with, and I can't help but wonder, was this a wise move on my part...? Hmmm...

Wendy honey! Thanks for checking in! I recommend this website builder if you want to make your own site (weebly.com). Hope you are painting, and that we will meet on an island sometime in the near future...
